Position Title: COVID-19 Rental Assistance Case Manager
Position Type: Part Time (20 hours per week) through December 31, 2020
Location: Guerneville, CA
Salary: $25 per hour

Job summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to COVID-19 affected clients, renters and landlords, and assess qualifications for the project, partnering with other agencies as necessary
Develop one-page summary, English and Spanish, on program eligibility and contacts
Work with Director to develop internal forms and checklist for programmatic and fiscal tracking, in English and Spanish as necessary
Work with Director, and web specialist, to develop and market online portal for program applicants
Develop fiscal process with Director of Finance on how to submit requests for payment and required documentation.
Partner closely with other Case Managers (from WCCS) to develop cohesive and mutually supportive program
Assist in the development and implementation of relevant outcome measurement tools.
Meet with WCCS and develop client referral list for programs that may support client needs beyond rental assistance program
Maintain client confidentiality.
Perform all other program relevant duties assigned by the Director.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Proactive response in marketing to clients
Proficient at records maintenance
Strong Word skills, as well as understanding of Excel and internet.

Minimum requirements
Must be fluent is Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Satisfactorily pass background check and DOJ fingerprint clearance
Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
Clean DMV record
