River to Coast Children’s Services (RCCS) is hiring a Resource & Referral Coordinator to support families and child care providers throughout Western Sonoma County.
The Coordinator helps families access child care information and referrals, supports parents in making informed child care choices, and connects families with community resources. The role also provides technical assistance and training to child care providers, maintains provider and referral data, and coordinates the Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP).
Pay: $27.00–$29.00/hour
Schedule: Up to 1.0 FTE, 37.5 hrs/week
Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish; knowledge of Western Sonoma County resources; strong organizational skills

Now Hiring: Child Development Resource Specialist
River to Coast Children’s Services (RCCS) is seeking a full-time Child Development Resource Specialist (CDRS) to join our team and support the healthy development of young children, families, and child care providers in our community.
The CDRS plays an important role in coordinating developmental screenings for children birth through age five, providing families with developmental guidance and referrals, and supporting family child care providers through child development resources, technical assistance, and training. The position also works collaboratively with RCCS Case Managers to connect families with child care and supportive services and assists with provider recruitment and support through the Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP).
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week
Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish required; minimum 24 ECE/CD units and experience in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
